Brief Answer:
Follow up scan is advised to see increase in size.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests small multiple nodules in lung.
You are rightly advised for follow up scan.Nodules may be due to many reasons like infection, autoimmune causes, tumour etc.
It is important to exclude malignancy in your case due to your age.

Follow up can is advised to see further increase in size of nodules and its doubling time(time taken to double in size).

If lesions(nodules)are stable in size then it shouldn't be a matter of concern.

You should consult pulmonologist. You need clinical correlation also.It may be due to simple reasons like infection.

Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
