What Does The Following ECG Report After Child Birth Indicate?

After my delivery , i was very anxious due to the complications i had and i had a detailed consultation with a cardiologist in my hometown in XXXXXXX , who again took my echo scan and ECG and was advised that its completely normal (only sinus tachycardia) and i had nothing to worry about. But the ECG report says the ECG could be abnormal, slight depression in the st segment . I saw it only after i got back home but the doctor said nothing about it.my report also said sinus tachycardia and the resting heart rate during both my ecgs(present one and the one taken 3 years back) showed 110 bpm. doctor also said that my echo scan results are perfectly fine.i have never had any breathlessness or chest pain . My BMI is normal and the cholesterol levels are fine too.
I have been very much worried ever since i saw the ECG report with the slight st segment depression, though i don't know what it means.could you please tell me if its normal to have slight st segment depression with sinus tachycardia(or could something be wrong with my heart although my echo scan is normal) and is there any cause of worry. I have not been able to stay calm at all ,after this.I would be really very grateful if i could i get a reply from you .
thank you once again,
XXXX
Yes it can occur normally
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your detailed description and my impression is you are absolutely fine and no need to worry at all.
First, it must be a report interpreted by ECG machine. Many a times these are not accurate. Slight ST- depression can occur normally, with or without tachycardia. None of the symptoms nor age predisposes you to such kind of illness which will cause such ECG changes.
So please stop worrying about it. Also, for little high heart rate, I guess your thyroid and hemoglobin is normal. Also, anxiety could be a another reason for it, especially during taking ECG, it's leading to tachycardia. So try to measure your resting pulse rate at HOME, to confirm your actual heart rate. Sometimes at doctor it may be more than 100 due to anxiety and exertion.
You just have uploaded echo report and if possible upload ECG as well.
Do get back if you have any further doubts.
Regards

My resting pulse usually stays between 90-100, but it goes even upto 150 when i catch a cold ,but my ecg always shows sinus tachycardia,is that anything to be worried about ?do i need to take any further tests?
i dont have any trouble( no breathlessness or fatigue or palpitations), so is there any specific need to take tablets to lower my heart rate.
Unfortunately i dont have the ecg report with me now.
thyroid is normal and hemoglobin level is 13.4 gm/dl. tsh 3.87uiu/ml
Could you please advise if there any ways to bring down the heart rate apart from medicine.
thank you very much once again
Don't worry
Detailed Answer:
You don't snore or have any sleep problems like interrupted sleep, daytime sleepiness etc ? right. Sleep problem is one of the cause for it.
90-100 is fine and rising in between is also a normal phenomenon. For lowering it further, you should try meditation, deep breathing exercises and yoga. Also, daily brisk walking will help reducing resting heart rate etc.

I have decided to start walking on the treadmill to try to lower the heart rate
Thank you once again for finding time to reply doctor.may god bless you.

Not really needed
Detailed Answer:
As such there is no need of stress test as well. It can unnecessarily show false positive results and further testing after that. But just to relieve your anxiety you can have it.
Prior to that, you get one ecg done and let me have a look at it because I haven't seen your ecg yet.
