What Does The Following ECG Report Indicate?
Less significant if no symptoms
Detailed Answer:
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Incomplete RBBB and LAHB are abnormalities of conduction system of heart (like electric circuit)
But this abnormality is found in many patients without any significance. However it is not called as a normal variant. Also we have to investigate further whether any significance or not.
Inferior wall non significant changes need to be confirmed also.
My advice to you is -
1. Go for trademill stress test after consulting your doctor. It will give idea whether your heart muscle gets enough blood supply or not.
Secondly Kindly go for 2D ECHO study (sonography of heart) it will show how your heart is pumping and it's structure.
If no abnormalities detected in this 2 studies then you don't need to worry regarding this matter.
You can take my guidance after the report of trademill stress and Echo study.
I hope I have given you satisfactory answer. If you have any questions then you are always welcome by HCM.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
