Brief Answer:
Repeat the ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

ECG is only an indirect record of heart’s electrical activity
Changes in chest leads may be influenced by lead placement
The interpretation is often a pattern recognition by the computer and needs to be confirmed by the physician. Other events like Hypertrophic Cardio Myopathy can mimic this.

ECG is only an investigation / and must be interpreted in the light of whole clinical picture
In such a situation, we repeat the ECG!
If the picture is same, go for ECHOcardiography and/or TMT (Stress ECG)
I feel, it may not be of any immediate concern / but needs further assessment

Good luck
God bless you
