Brief Answer:
The ecg have non specific changes, there is no evidence of STEMI /N STEMI

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I went through your ecg,
Before I start I would like to reassure you that nothing is wrong with your ecg.
It is for sure not STEMI, as that's a heart attack and ecg for sure has no evidence of it.
N STEMI is a diagnosis when the ecg may be like the one uploaded, but it should have trop positive. So if that lab is negative, it's excluded
There is no terminology like o STEMI.

Now if you can tell me your risk factors like do you smoke, are you diabetic, hypertensive and what is your family history.

Lastly I would suggest you to go for 2d echo, and if that's normal proceed with a treadmill stress test. If both are normal, we would be sure that there is no problem with your heart and the non specific changes with your ecg are of no relevance

Brief Answer:
All ecgs are within normal limits

Detailed Answer:
Respected mam, I went through all the 3 ecg uploaded on different days of the month.
Previously too I went through the other questions you had posted to review your reports for a honest and unbiased opinion.
As all the doctors have stressed, the ecg are in normal limits and you shouldn't be worried. As I say the machine reporting is to aid in centers where a trained cardiologist is not available, and I would say it's 60% times not accurate as is varies where and how the leads are placed. So I would stick to the opinion that the ecg are normal.

Now why I advised for a 2d echo and treadmill stress test?

Considering you have gone for 3 sequential ecg in a months period, you may be having some symptom which is troubling you. So even to get the thought out of your mind, it would be better to get the test, where in TMT your heart will be put under the stress of exercise and the ecg will be taken. If they are normal you can for once and for all forget about the heart being the reason of your symptoms ending the anxiety, though I foresee good and normal results of both the tests.

In the ecg dated 19/7, some doctor has mentioned as STEMI /N STEMI which by all means is not true and with troponin negative it's ruled out for sure.

Hopefully I can end the stress and anxiety you are through for the last month.
If you are satisfied, you can close the discussion and rate the answer :)

Brief Answer:
Both uploaded ecg are withen normal limits :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I went through both the previous ecg. Both are withen normal limits. Also the lead 3 depression is persistent in all the ecgs from 2013 and a single lead change is not of any importance .
Now I would like to highlight you two things,
You cannot have picture same ecg because.
1) heart is a beating and dynamic structure so your ecg at different times would vary slightly even if you take 2 some hours apart on the same day
2) the machine interpretation is based on prefed algorithm, which doesn't consider variation in Lead placement, so the whole reason you need a competent doctor who can interpret it for you.

So I would request you to stop worrying about your ecg as you are still young, and if the thought is persistent get a TMT as it will give us ecg while you exercise and echo done.
Otherwise relax and live a healthy life. Take care and wishing you the best of life.
Hopefully I could help, you may close the discussion and rate to best if satisfied with the effort. Also any further assistance is needed I am just a msg away and you can directly send me the question through this app.
All the best. Dr. Priyank Mody
