Brief Answer:
Single ECg not conclusive, there may be some changes worth looking into.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting your query hear.

I have analysed the attached ECG, and honestly, a single ECG would not be able to give all the requisite details we need to confirm if the chest pain is indeed related to heart.

This particular ECG probably shows some changes (particularly ST segment depression), I can not be absolutely sure of that finding, because as mentioned, to be able to say that is abnormal, I would have to look at an ECG that was done before or at least a few hours later.

The ST segment depression is appreciable in the 5th, 6th chest leads and Avr.

This means she might be having some ischemia, not a full blown attack.

Further evaluation by a cardiologist is highly recommended at this time.

A treadmill test and echo cardiography would be needed and if needed, the cardiologist might suggest an angiography to look for any narrowing.

I hope this answers your question adequately, please feel free to write back to me if you have any doubts.

Warm regards
