What Does The Following ECG Report Indicate?
Question: I had an attack of breathing problem & feeling like giddiness yesterday evening & immediately admitted to hospital. On admission my one ECG done BP was 154/98 & pulse 110 after that betaloc intravenous injection given then apprx. After 30 mins vitals was 124/85 & pulse 90. Treating doctor said ECG is fine, this happens due to anxeity attack. Also note i was having some gas problem due to bad digestion.
Medical History:- I am a patient of Hypertension which well controlled by medicine( 1 diuretic & 1 beta blocker), was on anxeity medication for 2 months ( clonazepam .5 mg daily) taken off 1 months ago. Blood sugar normal, cholesterol boderline. Since when I have diagnosed with hypertension, I remain anxious about my health. For any type of small health problem, I feel I going to have heart attack or brain stroke.
I am attaching herewith my latest ECG, can you asses the same whether there is further investigation required.

Just be relax. No further investigations are required.
Continue your clonazepam under advice your doctor to relieve anxiety.
Continue your anti hypertensive drug.
Do regular exercise like walking, running, swimming for 45 minutes in the morning followed by yoga.
Remove stress factor from the life as it aggravate the condition.
Spend time with family and friends.
Eat 4 almonds, 4 pistachio and 1 walnut daily.
Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
