Brief Answer:
Non pathological q waves ,as echo is normal does not have any importance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for your query!

Have seen the ecg and 2d echocardiogram reports.

The ecg shows q waves in lead 3 and avf which can be there in inferior wall myocardial infarction ,but presence of q wave is a non specific change and 2d echocardiogram is the gold standard to rule out possible myocardial infarction.

Its far superior to ecg for diagnosing a old infarct. So the q wave in this ecg is not Pathological q wave which signifies myocardial infarction.

Its a non pathological q wave.
As echo is normal ecg have no significance .

Thanks!

In case you need any further explaination ,feel free to ask!

Thanks
