hi XXXXXXX
you did a good thing by keeping the pic of ECG, and i have gone through it.
please answer these:
1. is she hypertensive or diabetic
2. is she a known cardiac patient
3. is she having any chest pain, breathing difficulty, sweating with chest pain
4. what are the drugs she is presently using.
ECG should always be interpreted along with clinical details.
However, YOUR MOTHER ECG IS SHOWING SOME CHANGES, WHICH MAY BE SEEN IN MANY NORMAL PEOPLE, and hence you need not worry.

I am now mainly concerned about her HEART and THYROID problem...
Brief Answer:
She has no heart disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The reports are fine. She has no heart disease. mild abnormality of thyroid may be due to her recent ill health. however your doctor has given a good prescription of low dose Thyroxine which should be sufficient. Her thyroid status is also good.
Hence, there is absolutely no need to worry.
Hope i am clear.
