What Does The Following EKG Report Indicate?

default
Posted on Mon, 26 Sep 2016
Question: Hi, hope all is well. I have been down in Mexico working and while I was down here I was treated for Atrial Fibrillation. Since then, my anxiety has increased because it was a scary feeling.

With that being said, I use Kardia XXXXXXX to check my Electrical Activity to ensure everything is OK as well as my BP and SpO2 Levels.

Today, I saw readings of 99% on my SpO2 and checked my EKG. Attached is my reading from moments ago. I have been having pain in my right shoulder and my first worry is something is seriously wrong. I am nost likely overreacting but it feels better to ask

See attached for my EKG today.

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
EKG looks fine

Detailed Answer:
EKGs look normal sinus rhythm and it's difficult to comment beyond this as these are rhythm strips. I did not see any af ECG. when did you have af and what sort of work up you had? do you have any past medical history like blood pressure Diabetes or thyroid and how about alcohol consumption? You need to have echo thyroid profile and may tmt and holter before we could come to conclusion as to if there is anything that's serious
