What Does The Following HIV Test Report Indicate?

Since beginning of the year I had few sexual encounters.
On 31st December 2013 night I had complete unprotected sex with one sex worker in Istanbul.
On 18th January 2014 I had sex with another CSW. It was protected in the beginning, but at the end found condom slipped.
On 22nd May 2014 I had sex with the same CSW, but this time completely protected sex but had deep throat kissing.
Since then I did 6 HIV antibody tests for both HIV 1 & 2
First one on 29.01.2014: Result negative
Second one on 24.02.2014: Result negative
Third one on 04.03.2014: Result negative
Fourth one on 28.04.2014: Result negative
Fifth one on 10.06.2014: Result negative
Sixth one on 29.09.2014 (It was CMIA antibody test): Result 0.12 negative
Do you think I am HIV free? Shall I need any further tests?
I am very confused between 3 months and 6 months window period. UK changed their test guidelines and saying 3 months window period is conclusive. Whereas in XXXXXXX still asking 6 months for final report.
My last test was CMIA, Vitros ECi - Antibody test not antigen. Is it 4th Generation test? How much reliable the test result is?
Reliable after 3 months.

Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
I have gone through the details. As the tests are repeately negative your earlier risk exposure has not transmitted HIV. The last exposure is a protected one and the test is after 3 months. So the risk is amost nil as protected. Moreover the test is conclusive after 3 months.Even only antibody test was done it us conclusive. There is no necessity of antigen test after 3 months.
In very occasional or rare cases 6 months may be required .
Here yours is not a risk case so you can consider it as free from HIV.
So allay fears of HIV.
Henceforth follow safety precautions to be away from such anxiety.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
