Brief Answer:
Small left maxillary sinus polyp.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query,

1. Your MRi is normal. The brain study is within normal limits.

2. There is a small left maxillary sinus polyp.

3. It is best to do a nasal endoscopy now.

4. Your CT images are low resolution. I would recommend a high resolution CT PNS (Para Nasal Sinuses) before any endoscopy.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow up queries, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
