What all symptoms are you having like neck pain, pain or decreased sensation in hands
Your MRI report is suggestive of cervical disc disease affecting C5 and C6 level, which is compressing the spinal cord.
Physiotherapy and pain killers are advisable
You should use soft collar band (in neck)

You should do physiotherapy regularly use cervical soft collar.
If it gets worsen or doesn't improve that you should consult a neurosurgeon for further course of action
Don't use pillow
Keep your spine and neck erect and straight.
