What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Question: This is my father report. He fell down a week before and there a injury in his head. We visited doctor and he asked for MRI. I am attaching the MRI report.

I have gone through the MRI report which you have uploaded.It mentions of a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Your father should be immediately admitted under a neurosurgeon, for further management.

we have already consult a neurosurgeon In PGI . They said there is no need of any medicine .go home and do speech tharpay.

Now I am confused that what to do? can I need to go for other doctor as PGI is the best hospital in my region.

What to do can you please explain? and how critical this SAH?

Well....If the neurosurgeon has said so, you may follow his instructions. Probably, SAH is not that large to cause any serious concern.

Adequate hydration is very important and equally important is to monitor his serum sodium levels.
