What Does The Following PET Scan Report Indicate?

Question: This is to the earlier query, please find attached the PET scan report and suggest what next to do.
Brief Answer:
CT scan and endoscopic USG
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply
1) Has spleen biopsy report has come?
2) Based on PET scan these enlarged lymph nodes are metabolically active but they not look like malignant (cancerous) because SUVmax values for all regions are higher. But still enlargement of all group of lymph nodes in abdomen is concern.
3) I would suggest to be sure on excluding tumor as cause of lymph node enlargement and hence proceed with contrast enhance CT scan. If it did not reveal any site of tumor in abdomen (from where tumor spread to lymph nodes) then undergo endoscopic USG for biopsy from celiac or para-pancreatic lymph node.

Hi Doc, please find attached the spleen biopsy report.
Brief Answer:
Hodgkin's lymphoma
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply,
1) Hodgkin's lymphoma is confirmed on spleen biopsy, so abdominal lymph node enlargement is due to this lymphoma. This eliminates need for endoscopy guided USG which I mentioned in previous answer.
2) Patient need consultation of medical oncologist for chemotherapy. Chemotherapy has very excellent result in Hodgkin's lymphoma. (100% cure rate)
3) Still patient need CT scan abdomen for reference as in future he need repeat CT scan to evaluate response of chemotherapy by checking area of lymph node enlargement and measuring their size.
