What Does The Following TMT Test Result Indicate?
TMT is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query and seen the attached reports.
This TMT (stress ECG) is not suggestive of any myocardial ischaemic changes during exercises (increased workload of heart) that rules out any heart or coronary artery disease.
Your breathing difficulty with mild chest pain during running or climbing could be related to anxiety, low stamina or low hemoglobin or may be something else but not due to heart.
However, it should be further evaluated by complete medical history and physical examination.
But beforebefore further discussion,I would like to know,
Since when you are this symptoms?
Have you undergone any blood tests?
Also, share me those three ECGs which were taken during your doctor's visit if possible.
I will give my opinion after getting this more information.

Could be essential hypertension.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the reply and sharing ECGs.
I have gone through all the three ECGs from which I can say that they are all within normal limits and there is nothing significant changes of MI.
Rise in blood pressure (166/118) could be essential hypertension for which you will need to take/continue appropriate anti-hypertensive medications as per your doctor's prescription with salt restricted diet.
You should also be given lipid lowering medications for high triglycerides like Atorvastatin 10mg with fenofibrate combination which will also be helpful for your essential hypertension.
Here,I will not think about the possibility of asthma unless your breathing problem has become severe enough during exertion. But better to go for chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests to rule out it.Your physician will know about it and may order.
Fatty liver is not an alarming finding. It indicates fatty tissue deposition on the liver like in all men who have fatty or pendulous abdomen.
Generally, fatty liver condition is a kind of obesity of liver which is completely reversible in the initial stages especially, by following below mentioned corrective measures.
1) Do regular exercise or brisk walk at least 30 minutes per day.
2) Complete cessation of alcohol intake further and stop smoking if you do so.
3) Avoid junk foods and fast foods,
4) Also take low fat and high protein diet (Veg- Pulses, soyabean and cheese)
5) You should take more fresh fruits and vegetables.
With regular anti-hypertensive medications and dietary prescriptions, your symptoms will start improving within 2 to 3 months until then you should go for periodic follow-up check up at your treating physician.
Hope this helps.
