Brief Answer:
placenta previa
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
She is having complete placenta previa which implies that her placenta is covering the mouth of her womb (uterus) and there is no chance of vaginal delivery and baby will be delivered by means of cesarean section only.
She has to take care of herself and avoid any strenuous activity in the form of lifting heavy weight like bucket of water, pile of clothes etc.
Avoid intercourse till delivery and also avoid constipation and cough as much as possible.
Take adequate rest and avoid traveling.
All the best.
