What Does The Following X Ray Report Indicate?

Question: I asked this question earlier, paid the $15 and now I don't know where to find the answer?my X-ray report says "increased interstitial markings are noted at the lung bases. No free fluid, free air, or significant lymphadenopathy.
what does this mean exactly?

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
Lung is having interstitium (connective tissue) between alveoli as a supporting structure.
On normal chest x ray this is not visible.
But in certain diseases, which affect interstitium, cause thickening of interstitium and makes it visible on chest x ray.
The common causes for these are
1. Viral pneumonia
2. Interstitial lung disease (ILD)
I want to ask few questions first.
1. Do you smoke?
2. Are you having any respiratory complaints like cough, breathlessness?
3. May I know your occupation?

So reply me answers of these questions, so that I can guide you what to be done next in your case.
