What Does The Following X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: just got xray, have been wheezing while sleeping on left side. report reads as follows Prominent hilar markings and vasculaature are again noted in appearence and unchanged (last May) there are air bronchograms identified about all 5 regions and were present on prior examination and my reflect chronic peribronical infiltrates. the lungs otherwise appear clear and fully inflated heart size normal mediastinal contours are normal bones grossly intact What could be going on

you have not specified your clinical condition,apart from wheezing in lateral decubitus.
With regards to your chest xray, there seem to be features of bronchitis or broncho pneumonia.
Please see a pulmonologist and he will start you on a broad spectrum antibiotic.
