Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Honestly, I have not spotted the broken bone site!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed these attached images. I am unable to locate any flagrant fracture. If there is any, it must so tiny that seeing isn’t evident unless am guided by some symptoms. I will suggest that you point out which of the knuckles specific hurt for a closer review before concluding.
Given that this is not an obvious fracture or must be very tiny, treatment would be immobilization in a cast and pain control. There is no room for surgery here.
I hope this helps. I hope to hear back from you. As always, i'm available here for further exchanges with you on this.
Kind regards
