Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

I have gone through your reports.

It says that your child is suffering from mild conductive hearing loss in both ears. The cause is probably fluid collection in both ears.

I would like to ask you few questions:
Is your child suffering from Snoring and mouth breathing?
Is there any improvement after taking Nasonex spray and other medicine ?
Is he suffering from repeated cold or throat infection?
Is he suffering from difficulty in gaining weight?

If possible ,please upload the X ray film and report of the patient.
Also the pictures uploaded by you seems hazy.If possible again upload clear pictures .

Awaiting for your answer.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,I have gone through your reports.

Still few of them are unclear to read.Even the X ray film is very hazy.
If possible, you can send it again with the X ray report.

Your son is suffering from Reduced hearing in both ear:
More in right ear.
Report shows that it is due to fluid collection in the middle ear.
The most common cause for fluid collection is Adenoid Enlargement.

Adenoid enlargement generally causes symptoms of Recurrent cold/mouth breathing/Snoring/Difficulty in gaining wait, etc, which your child is not suffering from.

Your child will benefit from Grommet insertion in both the ears(as advised by your doctor).

Regarding surgery for removal of Adenoid(along with Tonsils),the decision can be taken by examination of Nose and throat,Nasal Endoscopy and X ray findings.

Hope this answers your query.Take care.
