There are likely small stones in your kidneys
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
Your ultrasound scan abdomen shows possibility of small stones in both kidneys and with a mildly swollen left kidney due to a likely stone in the ureter which is a tube connecting the kidney and urinary bladder.
Many people might not get pain when there are kidney stones.
This condition can happen if you do not drink adequate amount of water or if there is increased tendency to form kidney stones.
With your ultrasound report it is suggested to consult the urologist and get a CT scan KUB region to confirm number, size and location of stones.
Please try to drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water every day and go to washroom regularly.
It is not related to smoking. Binge drinking of alcohol can cause increased tendency of kidney stones.

Urine is dark in morning for many people
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
The dark urine in morning is due to concentration of the urine because we do not drink water during sleep . If you have dark urine only in morning then it is not a problem.

Please take following measures
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Please get examined by the urologist and then start medicine.
As per rules we cannot give strong prescriptions online.
You can take Alkasol syrup 15-30 ml twice or thrice daily, dissolved in water for 5 days. This will help to clear any stones.
You can reduce intake of too much high protein foods like meat. Taking small amounts will not cause any problems.
It is strongly recommended that you consult the urologist to do a CT scan KUB region to confirm the stones.
