What Does The Following Abdominal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: I have heterogeneous. Please suggest medicine,always gas comes out from mouthlike bubble,pain in right upper abdomen.usg says it is hete

I am in problem of pancreas.Report says it is heterogenous,Gas comes out from mouth like bubbles.pain is felt in right upper abdomen.I am sending prescription,usg report etc.Pl. suggest me medicine to cure totally.

Other symptoms:- Feeling weak,Have no proper balance at the time of walking or cycling,feel tired,heart beat increases.
Weight loss- 5 k.g weight loss
Have jaundice -No.
Diabetic- No.
Loose stools-No.
CT Scan done, Report already sent to you .PANCREAS-ECHO PATTERN IS HETEROGENEOUS.Prostate Gland measures-3.2x3.8x4.3 cm weight-28.3 grams
Sr. LIPASE-410.5 U/L

I am sorry to say that CT scan was not done.only USG report done and uploaded.You may start treatment with the help of the uploaded report and answer.

It is difficult to give opinion based on this finding of USG scan alone.
More information can be obtained with a CT scan. Hence I asked for it.
If not done already kindly get a CT scan of the abdomen done and get back to me with the report.
