What Does The Following Biopsy Result Indicate?

Question: I had a mole removed from r side of my neck. Biopsy results were basal cell carcinoma, but was able to remove all. The surgical site remained red and after 2 weeks sm. Lump on incision site. Also, began experiencing tightness & discomfort R side of neck. ( She suggested it was probably a cervical problem!)
Saw Dr, either a suture not disolved. Used needle to see if any fluid could be withdrawn. None! Followed all instructions, yet site remains reddened, can still feel very sm. Lump on incision site and neck, right behind incision, to right below ear still bothersome & worrisome.
Could anything be going on as a side effect or should I get second opinion from another surgeon?

As per my opinion lump is probably keloid.
It is a type of scar which devolps in some people during healing process.
In most cases keloids are itchy and also causes pain and tightness.Intralesional steroid given in keloid works best .
However,I can give a better opinion if you upload a photograph.
Thanks
