Brief Answer:
You have iron deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your iron is low and iron binding capacity is high. It suggest you have iron deficiency. You should take iron rich food like dates, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, jeggary etc. You can also take drugs like ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate according to your hemoglobin and ferritin level.

Your urine analysis report suggest squamous cells. No need to worry about that. It can present normally.

your eosinophil count is slightly high but no need to worry if you don't have any symptoms.

Consult your doctor and take iron treatment if required according to your hemoglobin level.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
