Question: platelet count is 17800 and MPV is 8.5, RBC is 5
running fever 102.

what medicine should be taken?

Hello dear. I have gone though your reports. Please tell me the duration of fever and whether it is associated with chills or not and any other symptoms?
Well, you require some more tests Iam listing below
Malaria antigen test for vivax and falciparum
Typhi dot assay(IgM)
NS1 Ag test for dengue fever

Till the drink plenty of liquids and for fever take only paracetamol maximum 4 times a day.
If you have any respiratory complaints or pain abdomen or any evidence of bleeding, visit a hospital soon.

It is 4th day.
Fever starts with chill and nausea. Things settle after taking paracetamol.
