What is the resone causes both of them to reduced and should I talke other course ?

Brief Answer:
Low levels could be due to antibodies or malabsorption

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
You had low levels of Vitamin D and B12 and took medicines and they became normal.
Even now the Vitamin D of 30 is a normal value. ( below 30 ng, we consider it as abnormal.
You need sun exposure of atleast 20 minutes a day to maintain the vitamin D levels. If you eat a good diet with meat atleast 2 to 3 times a week, then you will get enough Vitamin B12.

If the Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 reduces again, you may need few tests to find the cause. I suggest you to do tests like Total IGA , ttg IGA , Intrinsic factor, anti parietal cell antibody tests.
Vitamin B12 and other vitamin deficiencies can cause nerve weakness and feeling of coldness in feet.

Binu
