Brief Answer:
Your T score is-1.45. That is osteopenia.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query , report and understand your concern.
Your T score is-1.45. That is osteopenia. There is slightly less density of your bones as compare to normal persons. As you have no pains nothing is required except your physical activities such as weight bearing excercises such as walking and running should be increased. Bone density increases in response to stress to bones ( activity). Vitamin D and calcium supplements will help.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
