Brief Answer:
Start calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A T-score of -2.7 is suggestive of osteoporosis. But it is not usually found in a healthy individual of your age. If you do not have any bone pain, history of recurrent fractures, history of diabetes and the serum calcium and vitamin D3 levels are in normal range then this test report does not seem to be reliable. You need to repeat the test from another laboratory to be sure of the results.
There are many drugs available to take care of osteoporosis like bisphosphonates, calcitonin, etc but these should not be taken without consulting an orthopedician as a careful dosage monitoring is needed to have an optimum effect.
You will also need to get enough calcium and vitamin D, eat a healthy diet, and exercise regularly. A large part of treating or reducing the effects of osteoporosis is getting enough calcium and vitamin D.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Get the blood tests done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
It can be treated with food exercise and proper medicines. You first need to get serum calcium and Vitamin D3 levels evaluated to find out the extent of problem. Do start taking calcium rich foods like egg, milk and milk products. Regular exercise like aerobics, swimming , cycling or jogging is a must.
Try to shed some extra kilos by maintaining a healthy life style and healthy feeding habits.
Hope my answer is helpful.
