Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. Your xray chest is completely normal except for few points.
2. The apical pleural thickness refers to the increased pleural cap in the upper part of lungs. This is acceptable in many people nd not a problem.
3. There is increased vessel markings in both lungs and that can be from mild inflammation or allergy. This is not a serious problem.
4. The cervical rib is an extra rib on right side in lower neck and is from birth. This can compress vessels and nerves due
when you lift your right hand over the head.
5.In conclusion you might be having mild inflammation of airways. This is not serious problem. Please discuss with pulmonologist and get lung function test if required.
