What Does The Following Chest X-ray Result Indicate?
Question: What does this mean from my chest x-ray?
Lungs and Pleural Spaces: Mild increased interstitial opacities bilaterally. No infiltrate or effusion.
Soft Tissues and Bones: Normal.
IMPRESSION:
1. Mild interstitial lung disease. No focal infiltrate or effusion.
Just FYI - I was just getting over a cold when I had my xray. Not sure if that makes a difference.
