Brief Answer:
Minimal chances of side effects are there if you take the vaccine

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query. Reactions to 17D yellow fever vaccine are generally mild. Immediate hypersensitivity reactions, characterized by rash, urticaria, and/or asthma, are uncommon (incidence less than 1/1,000,000) and occur principally among persons with histories of egg allergy.

The test results are positive for you. Although you can take the vaccine, you need to know that you are susceptible to such a reaction. However, I doubt if it would be something serious. Before opting for the vaccine please discuss with your doctor who had prescribed the test.
