Brief Answer:
Mild antral gastritis.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the endoscopy report which shows the features suggestive of inflammation of stomach lining.
Before I could suggest the remedy, I would like to ask some questions like:
1. What was the purpose of doing endoscopy?
2. Do you have any symptoms like heartburn, upper abdominal pain, or indigestion
If yes, for how long you have been suffering from these symptoms?
3. Do you have any habit of smoking or taking alcohol or certain medications like pain killer (NSAIDs)?
4. Do you have any other medical issue?
Awaiting your reply.
Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Antral gastritis.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply, noted its contents.
Antral gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) is due the harmful effects of acid produced in the stomach. It is normally caused by stress, taking hot and spicy foods, certain medications like NSAID pain killers, bile reflux or due to a bacterial infection caused by Helicobacter pylori infection.
This is not a life threatening condition but if left untreated, could lead to formation of ulcers in stomach.
I advise you to consult a physician/gastroenterologist for the following tests:
CBC, blood glucose, Urea breath test (to detect Helicobacter pylori infection)
If urea breath test is found to be positive then you must have to take treatment against Helicobacter pylori bacteria.
Meanwhile, I would advise you to take a proton pump inhibitor along with prokinetic (which increase gastrointestinal motility and helps in bile reflux induced gastritis).
Along with the medications, you should follow these dietary restrictions:
1. Avoid alcohol or alcoholic containing beverages.
2. Avoid tomatoes, citrus fruits, tea, coffee, chocolates, spicy, oily food & stress
3. Take lesser amount of onion and garlic.
4. Keep difference of 3 hours between meals and sleep.
5. Take soft diet along with curd or butter milk.
Continue taking the prescribed medications Cardace (for your high BP) and Atrofit CV ( to reduce the high cholesterol level and keep your blood thinner).
Hope the advice given above would be useful in getting rid of symptoms of antral gastritis and also to promote the process of healing.
Best wishes.

Please tell me exercise For -lax cardia
Brief Answer:
Lax cardia.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Good evening.
Thanks for your reply.
Lax cardia means the the junction of esophagus (food pipe) and stomach is loose. It has to be more tight because food once enter the stomach should not regurgitate back into the esophagus. This condition is prone to cause inflammation of the esophagus (esophagitis) due to reflux of the stomach contents into the esophagus.
This condition can be prevented by above dietary measures and
1. Don't sleep or lie down immediately soon after food. Sleep or lie down on bed only after 2-3 hour each time after food.
2. Regarding the exercise depending on your medical fitness include yoga meditation or regular morning walk is recommended.
3. Loose your body weight (if you are obese) as this helps in preventing the reflux of the stomach contents.
Hope these measures would be useful.
Best wishes.
