Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Your blood findings indicate increased ESR.
There are many possible causes of an elevated ESR.ESR is a non specific marker.
A specific cause cannot be determined based on ESR alone.Generally it is followed up with other tests to diagnose medical condition.Firstly, you need proper clinical examination.
High ESR indicate that person is having some infection or inflammation in the body.
X-ray findings suggests age related changes.
Dorsal spine X-ray shows tiny osteophytes in vertebral bodies. These are formed due to chronic stress/pull on annulus fibrosis. It is an expected finding in your age group.
X-ray of knee joints also shows age related early osteoarthritic changes in left knee joint. These are degenerative changes.Early stages can be managed conservatively by physiotherapy, medicines and posture management.
Other findings are within normal limit.
