Brief Answer:
No medication St present, diet and lifestyle changes required

Detailed Answer:
Hey XXXX, I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern,
Now to start with deranged lipids will not cause any breathing problem per say, so I can reassure you that it's not a cause for your symptoms. Now considering your age and if you are not Really obese, smoke much or have a strong family history for heart . The cause of breathing problem must be a viral infection as the climate is in transition.
So now coming to your lipids,
At present I would tell you that you don't need any medication for it at present.
However as you are too young, we should be more caution as otherwise it can only go worse from here.
For you the cholesterol should be less than 200, triglycerides less than 150, the good cholesterol HdL. More than 45 and the bad cholesterol ldl less than 130. How will we achieve this
Diet and lifestyle change should be the mantra.
If obese loose weight, reach a ideal body mass index of 25
Cut on red meat, egg yellow and oily preserved foods from diet. If you take fish, atleast 2-3 serving of fresh water fish like salmon per week in your diet.
Exercise, atleast 30 - 45 mins daily
Include 2 serving of fruits in your diet
Consider supplements like 1-2 capsule of omega 3 fatty acid, cap megaza 1gm, is from a XXXXXXX based company
Green tea for anti oxidants , krill oil, flax seeds are good source of omega 3 fatty acid may be added in natural forms.
Follow them and repeat the lipid profile after 3 months and you should be good.
Just remember prevention is better than cure, taking measures now will help you in long run

i)breathing heavily
ii)getting tired and heart palpitations for the slightest of work out as simple as climbing stairs.

I may sound paranoid but I just want rule out the necessity of approaching a cardiologist in person and any further tests. please let me know.

Thanks again for your valued feedback.

Brief Answer:
A echo and tmt may rule all heart related problem, check blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, as I said the your lipid profile will never cause the symptoms you describe.
So let's get a different perspective.
Again the most common reason would be some lung or upper respiratory infection.
The symptoms if similar in a n elderly person I would surely rule out heart, for that if you want to get the investigation a Treadmill stress test and 2 d echo, that will rule out all cardiac conditions.
Some general practitioner nearby may examine your chest and take your blood pressure
Other are low hemoglobin, thyroid problem, again these are rare.
Lastly if you started smoking , it's just not suiting you, so you may try quitting
If you have got any other tests done, do upload it so I may help you interpret.
I would nvr think you being paranoid, so just don't worry. No one in the world would go for help if there is no problem. Many a times you do test to rule things out rather than finding someone.
Even if you go to a cardiologist he will request you to get 2 d echo and tmt, so rather if symptoms persist you may get them done, otherwise just forget even if your symptoms are on decreasing order as anxiety itself will push the perception up for normal symptoms.
