Se per your reports, it possibly looks like an early stage of Non Alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH), a condition of liver inflammation not related to the use of alcohol.
You doctor has prescribed you the Udilip 300 which is the right medication.
Additionall, I would like to prescribe oral pills of LIV 52 DS at bedtime daily for 2 weeks.Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.
Additionally, I advise you not to take fried and fatty food stuffs.
Regular physical exercise for 20 min a day is advisable.
It will take 3 to 6 months for the fatty liver to reduce.
Repeat Ultrasound abdomen scan and Fasting Lipid profile, and Liver function tests and update me with test reports.
