Brief Answer:
No need to worry. Its totally normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your lymphocytes count is slightly above normal range. However it can be considered as normal variation. Many healthy people can have this variation without any health problems. Your rest all the reports are normal. If you have no any symptoms then no need to worry at all. Just be relaxed. You don't have any major problem in your body.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.

Brief Answer:
It has no relation with your high lymphocytes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have back pain and renal stone. It has no relation with your slightly high lymphocytes count. So, no need to worry.
HIV can cause high lymphocytes. But any viral infection can lead to high lymphocytes and there are so many other causes also there. So, slightly high lymphocytes does not suggest HIV. You should not worry about that. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
