Your semen analysis is good except pus cells.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,
I read your query and I understand your concerns about your semen analysis.
Following is my reply:
1) Your semen analysis is good except pus cells (leucocytes) are loaded which could be suggestive of infection.
2) All parameters including sperm count 25 million (normally 15 to 200 million), motility about 70 % (normally it should be above 50%) and morphology is 75% (normally it should be above 50%) are good and no need to worry much.
3) You should see an urologist who specializes in male fertility.
You will require an examination, semen culture and probably a course of antibiotics. After the complete course of appropriate antibiotics, your infection will be cured then there won't be any cause of concern.
Hope this will help you and if you have any query then let me know.
Regards,
Dr.SandipKabra
