Brief Answer:
Get a scrotal scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As a Urologist, i must tell you, that one has to carry out a semen analysis on two occasions, with a time gap of 6 weeks. Also, it should be done with two days abstinence. i.e.no intercourse for 2 days prior to the test.
Therefore, hope you can understand, why it's difficult to opine on a single report.
However, i will give my opinion on the report you've mentioned. A sperm density of 20 million sperms/ml. of semen is required for pregnancy to occur.Sperm motility of more than 50-60 percent grade -1, is desirable.Morphology of 70 percent is okay.Other components like infection and liquefaction are not there in your report.
If not done yet, it would be advisable to have an Urologist examine you and get a Ultrasound scan with doppler of scrotum done,to see if there's a Varicocele.
If you should have any need for further guidance regarding treatment, you can contact me by name anytime.

Brief Answer:
Do the scrotal scan after seeing a Urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I've gone through your report in detail.Only one report is seen.
Normal volume of semen is 2-6 ml.If semen has spilled during collection, volume of 1ml,maybe ignored.Good motility of more than 50-60 percent is essential.your report shows 10-20 percent. That's low motility of sperms. It needs treatment.
Pus cells are seen more than normal, suggestive of infection. You will need to take a course of antibiotics for that, which your doctor will prescribe.
After doing the scrotal scan, you'll know if there's a Varicocele, which can lower the sperm motility.
Usually, a course of Clomiphene is prescribed to increase the motility of sperms. If a varicocele is seen on examination and the scan, get it treated.
Do get in touch any time, should you need advice.
