Brief Answer:
Semen report is sub-optimal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
The semen test should've been done after 2-3 days abstinence.
This report shows sub-optimal sperm motility, which should be more than 50-60%.
Your sperm count, and morphology(shape and size), is normal.
So repeat the semen analysis after a gap of 1-2 weeks, in a reputed lab.
Also, get blood hormone tests done, like FSH,LH,PRL,testosterone and an ultrasound doppler scrotal scan.
Do blood routine and sugar.
Your wife can have a gynecologist check-up done.
You're welcome to send these reports here for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.
