What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Question: based on my semen analysis - rapid 50%, slow 20%, non Progressive - 10% and immotility - 20% sperm concentration - 110 million/ml
Morphology per 100 sperms Normal - 70 %, head Defects 20 %, Tail defects 10 %
Agglutination - Absent
Pus cells/Germ Cells - 6-8/HPF
RBC - 2-4/HPF
IMPRESSION - Normosoospermia
I recently got married, I am 45 and my wife is 38 and ours is a late marriage and NOV 2014 she had a tubal pregnancy, march 2016 had a weak pregnancy followed with bleeding and on August 2016, Urine pregnancy test positive but bleeding started after a week

1) Your semen analysis is normal. You don't need any medicines or treatment.
2) Your wife's age is slightly on higher side. There are more possibilities of chromosomal abnormalities in the pregnancy which leads to such complications like abortion, ectopic and weak pregnancy test (Biochemical pregnancy).
3) It is advisable to undergo IVF (testtube baby) and PGS (preimplantation genetic Screening) to identify the possible chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo which can affect pregnancy to be normal.
3) By this process you can isolate healthy embryos only and transfer the same.
