Brief Answer:
Less motility
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I saw your reports.
Semen analysis report seem to be normal except for marginally reduced Motility.
Normal motility should be around 50 % which includes rapid and sluggish motility.
Your motility is around 40% which is marginally low and nothing to worry.
Your doctor has prescribed medicines to improve the motility. These help marginally. Repeat semen analysis after 1 month in a different standard laboratory in your town to assess improvement.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
