Although the count is slightly lower (38 Million) but count above 20 Million is considered adequate to father a child.

1- red blood cells and 2-4 pus cells in some laboratories are normal as rigorous procedure for sample collection not followed. In standard laboratories who follow these procedures the cell count is either nil or near to it. So I think your friend is right if the semen analysis was done in some local labs.
Regarding perm count I think you are doing enough to increase the count. It will be great if you can include regular physical exercise along with all these dietary factors.

Dear sir
I met doctor yesteday and not happy abt this
He s giving treatment for two mins
He told sperm count was abnormal as per report 60 -150 was normal
38 was abnormal
He gave following mediciens and kindly advice for what
Morning and night one doxydar 100 doxycycline 100 mg
Night only eviy 400 vitamin e 400 mg soft gelatin tablets
All should be taken after food
Above is for infection or to increase sperm count ?
He s very famous doctor and got appointment after long arrangenent
As we are following from intial stage pls convey abt sperm count is normal pr abnormal
Also i would like to discuss with any of ur friend whos s infrertilty specialist as a favour for me
Am trusting u more than this doctor
He s not listening my pblm too
Two times and we spent 3 mins only due to more crowd
I cant go with any new doctor and dont have time too
Also note that i don masturbrration by thrust method and not by hand .unable to do by hand
Am really confused
Also i discussed with frind who gp doctor ans told its normal
Also suggest to dicuss worh in ferrtility splcialist rather tha GP

I think it is better to continue treatment as I can not comment on the condition of patient but only on the report. In addition he is experienced clinician and we need to respect his opinion.
No matter where you consult but the report is normal and 20 Million is enough to father a child, So I don't think that you need infertility specialist opinion.
