Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Your semen analysis shows, reduced sperm count and motility.
This is called as oligoasthenozoospermia.
The minimum sperm count needed for a pregnancy,is 20million/ml.
Your report shows a count of 10.5million/ml, which is below normal.
Also, the minimum percentage of live sperm motility or movement,is 50-60milion/ml.
Your report shows low count of progressive motility sperms is 10%.
There's also a minimal infection seen, which can be treated with antibiotics.
So your report shows, sub optimal sperm count and motility.
You're advised to repeat this test,after about 2 weeks,with 2-3 days abstinence.
You're also advised to undergo some other tests, like :
1. Hormone tests: FSH,LH,PRL testosterone and TSH.
2. blood routine,RBS,LFT,and creatinine.
3. scrotal doppler ultrasound.
You can send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.
