Brief Answer:
Asthenozoospermia..meaning slightly decreased motility
Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS
Your present semen analysis is showing mild infection. But it need not be confirmed with one semen analysis. There are some details missing ,like sperm count and morphology.
I suggest you to get an andrology or urology consultation to check for any infection in prostate, testis and epididymis. If no infection, semen analysis can be repeated from a reliable lab with 3to 5 days abstinence .
Semen analysis can vary from time to time and lab to lab.
Hope my answer helps you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Infection has to be confirmed with physical examination by an urologist. Antibiotics should not be taken with semen analysis report alone.Suggest you to consult an urologist and repeat semen analysis and decide accordingly.
