Brief Answer:
Can be taken for normal delivery

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX I have read the report and there is nothing to worry as far as the report is concerned.
Cord around neck is common and is seen in almost 10% of cases at term and many a times if slips off the neck during delivery and even if it doesn't usually there is no problem in normal delivery.
But decreased fetal movements is not a good thing and thus she needs to visit labor room now and get induction of labor.
Only important point here is she needs close watch of fetal heart rate and dilatation of cervix (mouth of womb) via a XXXXXXX gynecologist.
Don't be tense as yet and let her doctor assess the situation first and then you can discuss anything with me in case you need a second opinion.
Wish you a healthy baby soon.
Take care

Brief Answer:
As she has decreased fetal movements

Detailed Answer:
I asked you to visit labor room as she is experiencing decreased fetal movements since yesterday which needs evaluation.
Decreased fetal movements can be just subjective or can be due to some internal problems like decreased blood supply to the baby due placental ageing or less commonly due to the cord around neck getting tightened by pressure so evaluation is a must.
