Brief Answer:
most of the parameters are okay

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Volume: this is normal. The accepted range 1.5 ml to 5 ml.

Sperm count: this is low. At least 20 mil/ml is the normal range. The WHO (world health organization) lists at least 15 mil/ml
In some cases, though the count is low, fertility is still possible

pH: this is normal. Greater than 7.2 is fine

Morphology/appearance of the sperm: This is normal. The WHO requires at least 30% ,for a normal result.
Some labs or criteria go higher to 60% but yours are good

Vitality (amount of sperm dead or alive):Your value is a little low, at least 58%.
Because it is only slightly below the normal value, this should okay

Liquefaction: Normally when ejaculation occurs, semen is thick, it liquefies to allow the sperm to move easier.
Normally it liquefies by 20 to 30 mins, your result written above states it was STILL liquefied after 3 hours but it does not state when it started

If this was 20 to 30 mins, then it is normal

In terms of the sperm head and neck abnormalities mentioned, over all, the normal morphology was 50% , as mentioned earlier

The main abnormality was the decreased count, the other parameters, were relatively okay (vitality a little low)

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
