I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.
The report is inconclusive. These finding commonly indicate a possibility of malignancy (cancer) but may also be benign (fibro adenoma).

I recommend :
- a breast specialist
-a mammogram if indicated.
-excision biopsy of the lump (as indicated in the report).
-blood tests (complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests, carcinoembryonic antigen, CA 15.3 and 27.29)
-urine analysis
-chest X ray.
-a Pet scan if indicated to check for metastasis or tumors in other parts of the body.

Based on the biopsy report we could initiate a treatment plan. Hope this helps.
