Brief Answer:
Stone in kidney ureter.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached report. The ultrasound scan suggests a stone in left sided tube connecting kidney and urinary bladder with swelling in the left kidney tubules. There are small stone like collections present in both the kidneys. The liver also shows mild fatty deposits in the parenchyma. You need to decrease the fat intake and increase the fluid intake to wash of the small stones in the kidneys.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
