Trigycerides 223
RBC5.08

Your findings suggests altered lipid profile.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Your findings suggests raised serum lipid level.
Report indicate that cholesterol and triglyceride levels are raised.
Ideally, triglyceride level should be less than 150 mg/dl and cholesterol should be below 200 mg/dl.
Besides clinical evaluation, you need few more investigations.Investigations include random blood sugar, liver function test, ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads. It is important to assess liver status in altered lipid profile.
Other findings like RBC count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, lymphocyte percentage levels are normal.
Alkaline phosphatase level is mildly raised and this is acceptable.
You need to change diet and life style. You should avoid fried and fatty food.
You should also increase your physical activity and take lot of fibers in your diet.
With these findings,I suggest my patients to take combination tablet to atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate 160 mg single dose at night after dinner. This will correct lipid profile.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query
Further queries are most welcome.
